So, i started a new job as an LSAin May this year in my kids school. I have found the going a little difficult as there is no training, its more learning on the job and i have been reported to the headteacher for holding a child's wrist rather than the hand, i was never told it was wrong neither was i corrected when it happened but i got reported and then again the headteacher told me that i was caught sleeping in class- well again nobody mentioned this and i remember i might have nooded off as i had a bad night with the kids. I have now got to a point i feel its not the right thing for me. I just cant bear the people i am working with and i cannot transfer to another class. looking for opinions as i just dont have the will to carry on.
