Hi everyone,
Quite specific post here but was hoping someone might be able to help.
I have ADHD and think I’m also autistic. One aspect of this is that I am compulsively honest and follow instructions to the letter and sometimes don’t understand when rules don’t have to be followed (e.g buying all the books on uni reading list when everyone else just knows you don’t actually have to do that..)
So I’m writing a report for a sub-£10k grant I for; and it’s asking for reflection on what went well and what barriers there were/what could have gone better. The company that delivered a lot of the programme has written their evaluation but to me it doesn’t seem to be the full picture and is just making everything look glossy. I’m really struggling with whether to just submit this, or write a much more honest reflection; which would involve acknowledging mistakes made (and also criticising the company that did some of the delivery as they really haven’t delivered what was promised).
Am I overthinking this?
