Interview Presentation - Play it safe or go out there?

I have a second interview coming up for a Project Manager role. I have to prepare a 15 minute presentation that outlines an implementation project and the process I followed from initiation through to project review.

I have hundreds of these examples I could use but they're boring.

My plan is to create a presentation on a project plan, governance, risks, etc. to create the perfect Flat White.

My husband thinks go with the flat white, my friend who recruits thinks play it safe and go with a project.

Thoughts? I really want (and need!) the job

If they have asked for a presentation on a project you have done I'd do a project you have done. You need to show you can follow a brief.
