I post fairly infrequently on MN, so hope this is allowed.
I often see posts from other members about the jobs market and how they are struggling to recruit suitable people for various roles. I thought I’d take the plunge for my husband, to see if it leads to any interest.
He is ACCA part-qualified (first three exams) and has comprehensive accounts management and auditing experience, having recently completed the annual returns for a local authority, having used Scribe accounting software. He has comprehensive experience in using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, and is currently studying for a part-time degree in BSc Computer Science (with OU). He also has solid experience in managing staff and a team, with his most recent role being a Deputy Manager in a local authority. He also has comprehensive experience in preparing reports and undertaking audits.
He is extremely hard working and keen to undertake additional training required to progress. We are based in the Midlands. If anyone knows of any opportunities, I would be keen to hear.
