How do I keep my motivation up until I find a new job? It seems like I am being slowly managed out due to my age and my profile not fitting anymore in new team.

Join the diversity, equity and inclusion committee and social committee.

Just coast until you find something else, do the bare minimum required to not get sacked or put under performance management. Sod it.

Trying to do the best I can but my heart is not on it anymore

Do you really want all the stress of finding a new job. Don’t want to make things worse but the job market is not that great at the moment. Just do your best, new dynamics in teams can make things seem like you being managed out but a new job may not solve what you are feeling.
