I’ve got an interview coming up for a role within the PALS team, and I was wondering if anyone has been through a similar interview or works in this area?
Just trying to get a sense of the types of questions they might ask. I imagine there will be a focus on communication, dealing with complaints, empathy – but any insights or examples would be really appreciated!
