Completing an application form and it asks for each criteria, how you achieved the criteria and an example of it.

How do you demonstrate that you’ve achieved the physical ability to do the job and a satisfactory sick record?

At the moment I’ve put that I’ve had a satisfactory sick record throughout my career and have no concerns about my physical ability to complete tasks required.

It just seems a bit meh, what would you write?

NHS? I've applied for a few jobs like this, it's as if the recruiter doesn't even think about how the questions should be answered.
Previously I've had to write an example of how I gained and an example of where i used a maths and English GCSE of grade C and above. Surely this should just be a yes or no answer!

Can you give examples of physical things you do that support your ability to meet the criteria? For example, if the jobs involves lifting, have you undertaken safety training for lifting, do you go to the gym and lift weights?

It’s likely to involve a lot of sitting and talking. Perhaps some computer work and walking to and from a car 🤣

I do the same job now so I suppose I could say that
