I have upcoming ET for 3 claims with 3 ACAS certificates coming up soon which was discussed and agreed with Judge, respondent and I during primarily hearing to list them all in one case as they are linked.
Case 1 victimisation, harassment and discrimination
case 2 disability discrimination
case 3 unfair dismissal
But my employer have now put forward an offer for victimisation, harassment and discrimination and said that is the only claim that was brought to ET which is really untrue I wonder how to approach this can anyone please help me with ideas as I am representing myself?

If it has been agreed at a pre-hearing I would ring the court and enquire, whether I need/can respond to their latest missive. I'd just state facts, including that it was agreed at a preliminary hearing on x.
