I really like where I currently work, my colleagues and the job itself. There are only 2 people in my role (me and my manager) so it can be a bit lonely as she is not the friendliest or most helpful person. Therefore I have been looking for other jobs.
i went for an interview for the same role. Same commuting distance. Same hours. Increase in pay by £2 per hour. Really lovely team much bigger than my current one. Lots of training opportunities. However, one concern I have is slightly shorter time for appointment, 15 mins instead of 30, but clarified and same work needs to be done. I am a thorough person and currently only just complete the work in 30mins, so going somewhere where I’ll have to rush scares me a bit. If I’m feeling stressed and rushed , would it really be worth the money?
