I run a business with 10 employees and growing. I've had a sales presentation from Bright HR with a view to using their HR management services, excluding the Payroll management element. I need their app for clocking in/out, help with writing employment contracts and employee handbook etc., and most importantly keeping on top of rotas, holidays, holiday entitlement for people on variable hours and holiday accrued etc. The staff are on a variety of contracts from full time, part time with variable hours and zero hours, so it's not straightforward.
Has anyone has any experience of being a Bright HR client rather than just an end user? Do they actually deliver on all the support on the phone with a human being when needed? Reviews say that the clocking in app can be a bit glitchy.
If anyone knows of any good apps other subscription services that will do what I need please recommend away. TIA.
