I have recently started a new role working unsociable hours. As my manager works regular hours i never see them. Communication is done via email but as we are never at work at the same time responses are delayed. Anyone else in a similar situation feel isolated and unsupported with lack of one to one contact with a supervisior? I think I might look for something else as this role is so unsupported.
