Hi, i have recently joined two recruitment agencies to find paid work as a TA or SEND TA.(only two as joining several at a time becomes overwhelming and messy with ph calls, emails, texts, choices). Any tips please as I have very little experience of working with SEN children and agencies , though im familiar with the system because of my kids education.

What would you like to know?

Do they not require any SEND experience?

Yes, been there, done that (supply via agencies). Happy to help with questions on SEN supply TA in mainstream primary schools in England.
