Please recommend me your office chair

This is quite urgent now and I thought it would be simple to just buy a chair from Amazon, but no!!! I go to buy a chair then there are some negative reviews which sound shocking!! I'm sure at my last place the cheap Amazon chairs were fine! So, can you please recommend me your office chair??

Bit like buying a bike - think about what features you need. Arms, height adjustable, seat tilt, seat slide, lumbar support, etc.

How much do you want to pay? The Ikea gaming chairs are actually pretty good as an office chair!

As little as I can really! I would like arms that go up and down!

And lumbar support. Anyone?

This one (Human scale). Not cheap but used it for about 3 years now and still great. Amazon one gave me back pain after 6 minths. Tbh if you want a decent one you have to splash out. You may be able to get bargains or a refurb somewhere.

The one I linked above has lumbar support, can have arms (that raise or lower) or no arms. The seat is height adjustable. The back can be raised or lowered. You can have the seat tilt and or the seat slide as extras too. All for £150-£220.
