Is it too far to travel?

Debating whether to apply for a job that sounds ideal for me, it’s 16 hours per week, but, it is 24 miles away. I can’t decide if the travel costs and time travelling is too much for a 16 hour job. It doesn’t say whether that’s 2 full days or more than 2. What do you think?

I travel 30 miles to work and it takes me about an hour each way. For me it’s not a deal breaker but I’m there about 8 hours so it’s worth it. If it was 2 full days that’s fine. Might be a bit of a pain if it was half/shorter days but if you enjoy the role why not!!

Depends . Does the route frequently suffer delays? How long will it take? Are you driving or tied to public transport? How much will it cost you?

It depends on how long it takes you to travel really, rather than just the distance. And you’d need to know if it was 2 full days or 5 half days or what?

No it seems to be on a route that doesn’t get backed up, google maps says about 35 mins and I’m driving a diesel car.
