Loughborough School Foundation Payscale

Does anyone know how the Loughborough School Foundation pay scales compare with state pay scales? I know that independent schools traditionally pay better but i know that is not always the case.

Google school teachers' pay scales 2025 and ask Loughborough for a copy of theirs.

My school pay higher but only because we have lower pension contributions than the teachers pension scheme. Do ask if they are still in TPS and factor that in too.
