Hi there it’s been a while since I have been to an interview would this dress be acceptable?

Depending on the industry that would be fine, if quite formal. Things are more relaxed since Covid in quite a few workplaces, worth checking out the culture if you can.

The only thing I'd say is that I'd feel a bit girly in that style, so depends on the seniority of the role you're going for.

Reminds me of the kind of the thing the secretaries are wearing in Mad Men.
