Managing work related anxiety

Hi all, first time posting here, looking for some advice or anyone else in the same position.

I currently work within the Housing sector managing complex cases of antisocial behaviour. Whilst I am new to housing, I am not new to ASB having dealt with this in a previous career for 14 odd years.
I hold a busy case load and often having to prioritise urgent work which may mean that I don’t meet SLAs for other cases.

I’m now suffering with terrible anxiety thinking about dealing with difficult clients, managing case load etc.

Do I stick it out and try to find ways to overcome my anxieties at work or do I find a different job?

I would look for another job. You can see if something is more appealing and make the move within that time you still don’t feel good about that job. Job hunting can sometimes take a while.
