CQC successful at interview but no conditional offer

Can any of you lovely people help?
I received an email from CQC, congratulating me on being successful at interview however further down the email it says they will be in contact in 4 weeks to let me know if they will be giving me a conditional offer.
Has anyone had this or know why I have to wait to hear if I have conditional offer ?

Morning, did you hear anything yet. I have just found out I will be offered a post but found another thread where it has taken someone well over 5 months to get a start date.
