No Leadership

I started a new job in January with a team of around 14 including one manager one assistant manager and a few supervisors. Every early and late shift there was either a manager or supervisor for any issues and to allocate duties.
Last month the business was sold to new owners and was told there wouldn’t be any redundancies. The new owner is also the owner of other similar businesses so isn’t on the rota and just pops in.
Since the takeover the manager, and 2 supervisors have left because they didn’t like the changes imposed by the new owner. The assistant manager is off long term sick and unsure when they will return. Now we are left with no one really in charge but feels like everyone thinks they are. Things are not getting done and a few people are just enjoying there not having to answer to anyone.
I don't want to leave but cannot work in the environment much longer. It’s such a shame as it was a really lovely place to work but with no leadership I don’t know how much longer I can continue.
