Job hunting stress

I left my previous job whilst pregnant, I took early mat leave because I was being discriminated against and colleagues were making my life hell so I quit. In hindsight I should have fought back, but at the time I was so stressed I just had to leave. Now my baby is a year old and I desperately need to find a new job as my ‘DP’ walked out, I’m in a lot of debt and I can’t make universal credit last the month due to my outgoings.
I’ve considered so many options but I’m finding it overwhelming. After my previous experience I’m very anxious about working in a team again so I’ve considered dog boarding (but I can’t afford the license fee) childminding (again I can’t afford set up fees) and something admin based from home but I have no experience or qualifications.
I need something that works around my older child with special needs so a full time job in a shop for example would be really difficult as I have no family help and now no partner.
Can anyone share their jobs or any suggestions that get me back into the world of work please?
