Should I let Boss know that work colleague is not doing their job and avoiding cleaning things which could cause the spread of bacteria and germs and affect peoples health?

Yes, I will be reporting this. They will know who has reported them as it will be obvious! I just wanted to know what others would do..

Their job is to clean all areas they are assigned to clean as well as laundry.
