  1. 2 days a week - 15 hrs - manager of a large team - job share - £1300 per month - unknown whether it will be enjoyable or not

OR

2.3 days a week - 22.5hrs - not a manager - £1300 per month - lonely - denied pay rise

lol, you’re not exactly selling either as good jobs
option 1 maybe more earning potential less hours

You're in option 2 right now, aren't you? Given what you've written about them, I'd say option 1, though I don't know how I'd feel about a shared position. Too much potential for issues if approaches vary?

Are both in office or WFH positions or hybrid?

blueshoes · 12/04/2025 00:35

If in office, what is the commute like?

Personally, I dislike management and would avoid it. Not sure how easy it is to manage a large team on just 2 days a week.

Personally I don’t want to be a manager, been there done it, wasn’t my cup of tea. However to only work 15 hours a week would be bliss,
