Dealing with Manager who throws everything to me?

For context I work in communications and social media. My manager who is responsible for overseeing social media and communications always throws me things to do, which is fair enough but at times she expects me to do everything, even if she is asked by someone to do it.

An example was the other day we had an online seminar and people who were hosting it were in the office. I was pretty busy with other tasks so didn't get a chance to take a photo of them for our socials. She raised this at our meeting and said "we were both in the office it only would have took 2 minutes to get a photo, we should be posting about these things" and in my head im like yes we BOTH were in the office, not just me, but she also could have got off her ass to do it as I was clearly pre occupied with tasks.

Like what do I do with these comments, she targets me as if it's my fault it didn't go up on social media.

I'm also looking to leave this job as it's becoming more and more apparent she doesn't respect me.

Comms is like that - quick paced and suits Jacks of all trades.

If expect a good junior person to be proactive enough to a) think about and b) take a pic without whinging about it.

If your workload is too high, then tackle that. But ‘asking you to do stuff when she’s been asked by someone else’ is probably just sensible delegation.
