AIBU to be really scared of redundancy with all the recent and rapid progression of AI technologies? How are you future proofing or pivoting? Any advice?

The weak link is always going to be the client, I reckon. If they could write a specification which was exact and didn’t change every 2 days, AI might be vaguely workable, but in my experience that’s not what happens. There’ll always be a need for the human touch in design.

Not a graphic designer but in a creative role that AI is being touted as will replace. It won’t. Yes it will help make things more efficient, but there is already a sourness generally around anything creative or personal that is generated solely using AI as it lacks authenticity. I honestly think the hype will pass.
