Was made redundant but have got a job to go to. Can I ask them to take clauses out of the contract ? One is about them reserving the right to change my location of work to within a certain radius of a registered office. I’ve worked remote for 15 years and moving would be a great cost (going from north to south) and upheaval and I am not paid enough to afford that. I’ve asked them to take it out. Has anyone ever had any issues with a clause like that?
