Nestle core competencies and interview advice!

Hello,
I’ve an interview with Nestle for a regulatory affairs job on Friday 11 April. I’ve been told I will be sent a scenario to present on an hour before the interview, which will then be based on their competencies. I thought these would be available on their job site but can’t find them anywhere!
Any advice would be gratefully received!
Thank you 😊

The best thing to do is just contact them and ask.

I’d read up on this type of thing, there is a link to their business principles too www.nestle.com/about/how-we-do-business/purpose-values

"I sold formula milk using unethical practices to poor mothers in developing countries" should get you the job.

Is it not covered in the job description or person spec, the main competencies expected in the role?

Do you really feel that your personal values aligned with those of Nestle? I’ve been boycotting them since the BB late 1970’s since I first learned of their approach to selling.

Hope this list has you at least pause to consider whether they are the right organisation for you.
