Early conciliation

Anyone who has gone down this route, how long is it generally before conciliator calls?

Had email yesterday introducing conciliator but no timeframe as to when to expect call.

I did this process in January. It took 3 weeks for the conciliator to get in touch. They’re hugely busy atm.

Was that three weeks from when you got email saying who the conciliator was?
