Teachers - sick note half term

Hello. I am suffering from stress at work.

my doctor has issued a sick note for 4 weeks which ends as half term starts. If I need a sick note for another 2 weeks, should this include half term? Or can it start the week we are back to school.

Hello I work in a school and have been off since January 31st as I had surgery my sicknote runs until July 18th they break up July 21st so how much longer should my sick note be
