I work for a 'Disability Confident' employer, what is it you want to know? There are varying levels and it starts with the basics, making job applications and the recruitment process disabled-friendly.

I work for a Disability Confident employer. You would be guaranteed an interview as long as you meet all the criteria in the person spec. There’s a section in the application to request reasonable adjustments. Often it’s something like having the interview questions written down or repeated.
