Hi All
I am 2 months into a secondment at a higher grade which I am enjoying but as its mat leave cover it at the moment is until nov 25. It may be extended until Easter 26 but this is not 100% at the moment. I have seen a role at the same grade advertised which I really like the sound of but feel bad for even considering applying, is it too soon? I am just conscious that roles at this level have been limited of late but equally the team I work with are lovely so feel really torn
