Payroll work

Anyone had to review payroll in their job …seems like a thankless task/job as it’s so critical and if you get 99% right that 1% wrong will be a pain…it’s such a critical role and grief I’d imagine…

I do twice a month. 180 staff in round 1, then 50 8 days later. No one ever says I got paid too much they sit and wait and then moan when error is spotted! Bloody thankless task.
