Just read that online bank statements need to be stamped and dated by branch. This unfortunately wasn’t in main email but in Trac information it said downloaded statements wouldn’t be accepted.

Further research shows that they’ll accept above. Unfortunately appointment is at 9.30am tomorrow in a town forty minutes away.

🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

What a pain.
Any other acceptable documents? Have you had a pension statement or credit card statement or anything through the post last 6 months?

I thought they just didn't accept online emailed ones, I was able to print mine out last year for the nhs I'd check

ChunkyMonkey2020 · 24/03/2025 17:59

I was able to print my statements out. They didn’t need to be stamped and dated.

Ok, so it has been printed out off my internet banking

I just haven’t got it stamped or dated

It’s just not been printed out at a branch. I printed it directly from my online account. Not from emailed statement.

Can you not go to a branch before the appointment? Some open at 9. Find one in the area and just get there early so you can get ahead of the queue

There isn’t time, the only branch in the area that has staff doesn’t open till 9.30
