Applying for jobs - 47 and only 2 GCSEs

I'm 47 and I've always worked until last year when I left to care for a family member. My last role was a senior position within the legal department of a local authority and lasted 25 years.

I'd like to return to some type of work but my problem is that despite all my experience, I only have 2 GCSEs (both English) . I lied on my application (25 years ago) and nobody checked back then. Is it worth doing my Maths GCSE? I really don't want to as I'm already doing an OU degree but am I totally scuppered without it? I'm sure some employers wouldn't care but I imagine alot have rules about minimum education requirements. Any advice appreciated.

Thanks.
I have no idea where mine are . I worked for the same local authority for 25 years so I never needed them and I've moved house 5 times since. I don't even know the exam board to get a replacement for the ones I passed.

If you need copies of the GCSEs you passed but don’t know the board
Contact your school
If the boards then don’t exist anymore there’s a Govn website which lists which board to contact. ie the board that took over.

I did this for my O levels…way back in the dark ages. Luckily my school still existed 🤣🤣🤣
