I am in a w well paid job around two years now. However, the job has same tasks and same projects. Even if I bring new work, it's all quite similar. I find that my role has become quite stagnant and I less excited now. I'm in a mid-management role and it's quite challenging to keep complaining to the leadership that my role has become less challenging for me. How do I keep my role interested and still keep growing?
