So I have 21 years experience working my way up in NHS management. I do a lot of work delivering high level projects. I want out of the NHS - I feel undervalued and all I seem to do is decommission services Are there management consultancies that would value this experience in this area? I Thanks

What did you start as/what are your qualifications in? Nursing, admin, business background?
Are you looking for project manager type toles? Clinical research use them for various studies.
Could you train the role you do to others?

There are, look on Linkedin, for consultancies which have NHS contracts. You'll probably already know some of the names already.
