Job decisions and childcare

Looking for some advice, I have recently been offered a new job in a semi new area (bit of background I work in healthcare, the new job is in healthcare but a completely new area to me) the role is something I have wanted to do since school and is a great leg up to progress, my issue is childcare. I have three children and my current job is a perfect fit, I can do drop off and pick up, get leave at short notice and I feel I am good at my job, taking this new role will turn everything upside down and I’m not sure what best to do. Everyone I have spoken to said I would get a feeling when I found out either way if I have the job, that hasn’t happened and I feel stuck with what decision to make, take the leap and try or stick where I am until my children are a little bit older and try again? What are some things other people have considered when taking a new job role that is going to impact the home?
