Can I reduce my hours at work while on UC?

Hi everyone, I was hoping someone can fill me with a bit of reassurance. My work are reducing my hours down from 30 to 22.5 due to temp mat leave cover has come to an end. I will earn well over the AET set out by UC on the 22.5 hours but less than £100 under the CET that they set out.
I will still pick up overtime as and when I can to make up that difference. Can someone please tell me if UC are going to make things difficult due to the hours going down? I really don’t want to have to look for a new job or a second one as my employer are very supportive and flexible.
any comments/advice are welcome.
thanks in advance! Xx

You should be ok

Make sure it's clear to UC that your hours have dropped because of your employer's needs not because you asked to reduce hours
