Short story
Been off I'll and have been going back on reduced hours.
Had meeting with manager to do 75%. If 22.5 hours this week normally work 8-4 Mon Tues Wed.
She said to full day Mon and Weds half day Tues.
I said could I go Mon Tues 8-2 and all. day Wed. She agrees. I got up to go at 2 she said no it's tomorrow I said no we agreed tomorrow I could not stop. She walked out I went and said it is ok she said it leaves Mel on her own today and had in place cover tomorrow.
But she had got it wrong,
Now I am worried about tomorrow and Egan she will say.i did today She said why would you a full day at the end I said because I am off on Thursday that's why we did it.
Any advice on how to be nice but firm she has got ut wrong but made me look stupid in the office. I haven't been had a break today
