Hi all, I will soon change job, and I have been told that the dress code is business casual. From pictures on LinkedIn, I would say that they are slightly more formal than in my current role, but I have seen some jeans here and there.
I have a good selection of office trousers and shirts which would be perfectly appropriate, and a pair of jeans which I think might be okay too (but I will wait and see, before deciding to wear them in the office). However, I realise that my shoes options are a bit limited.
I have a leather-made, black ankle boot, which I think would be completely fine, and beige leather boots which I think might not be fine. I attach a picture of a similar model, for you to see:
I think they are a bit extra for an office, but maybe I am overthinking. It would be nice to have your opinion!
I also have a pair of trainers that I need to replace, for day to day walks, and I am considering to get a pair that I can also wear at the office.
Do you have any particular suggestion? Could be stylish, elegant trainers or some leather, comfortable shoes that can be worn with jeans too and can be used to walk a fair bit. I am quite short, so I am not particularly keen on super flat shoes.
