Hi, I'm waiting to start a new job for an agency as a teaching assistant. It is part of an umbrella company, does anyone have any experience with this? The document I have from them says 'expected or minimum rate of pay to you - £500'. Any ideas what this means? I also get holidays which I am confused about as I thought agency didn't get this?
