Detach from work outside work

I'm really struggling to detach from work when I'm not at work. I've been watching the tv show Severance (where you remember nothing about work outside work) and it's looking like a good idea!

Please can you share ideas on how I can leave work behind when I'm not there?

I stopped checking emails was after 6pm now I don't check at all after I leave the office. Others in the team log in outside of work hours, I've been asked did I see the email X sent at 5pm - my response is either yes I saw it when I came into work or not yet I'm working my way through the inbox.
I dont respond to WhatsApp's from work after I leave the office either.
And the only time I would answer my phone was if it was my Manager's Manager was calling even then they'd have to call twice.

I keep a to do list and before I leave I write it up for the following day.

You need to have bounderies, even at the bottom of emails that state your working hours are between X and Y.

its a job that pays you a salary for working X hours per week. Switch off and enjoy life outside of work.

Thank you!
I do a lot of those things, but seem to be constantly ruminating on what's happened during the day or due to happen the next... I really need an off switch for my brain!
