At risk of redundancy - will find out soon. Bonus is usually paid this month. I’ve been having issues with my manager prior to this recent development and I’ve had no review. This has been scheduled a couple of weeks after my potential leave date. Redundancy letter says it’s not due to performance. Am I able to negotiate bonus on top of redundancy package given I will have no final year review. My manager was ambiguous about my performance. I’ve had the feeling I was being managed out!
