Im hoping someone can give me some career advice. I’ve changed user name as it would be too outing.
iMy dc is off to uni in September & I want to progress my career. I feel a bit stuck with progression.
I have 20+ years in Accounts/Payroll, the last 9 years being sole group payroll with hr/accounts support (same company).
I have full start/finish experience; project management, data transfer T&A/payroll, tupe etc.
Problem being is though I work for a group I don’t have experience in a payroll setting.
Has anyone been in this situation and how would you advise transitioning to becoming payroll manager. Particularly how to integrate this with international payroll?
Is there any accredited courses for this?
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!
