Tips for band 4 NHS role?

Hello everyone,

I have an interview next Monday for the role of Rota Coordinator in the NHS. It is a band 4 role.

Does anyone have any tips for me on how to prepare? I'm aware of looking at the person spec and things.

Also, it states I will have a 30 minute task to complete, followed by 30 minute interview. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? 😳

TIA xx

Does the trust have values? If so, have examples ready of your take on the values plus some examples where you have shown working practices displaying the values.

I would second looking at Trust values and be prepared to give examples of where you have demonstrated these values. Also there may be generic questions on EDI and/or safeguarding. At band 4 there might be questions on your experience of line management/supervision if applicable to the role.
Re: the task, hard to predict but I think it's common to give prioritisation tasks, drafting letters/emails, or basic Excel skills.
Good luck!
