Has anyone worked in a workplace like this?

Wanting to know about your upbringing and psychological issues (if any) I've never felt so under the microscope and it's ruining how I well I can perform at the role. None of this is relevant to the role (clerical/admin) but it is now as I feel so sick with the pressure of being asked. Do any of you tell work about upbringing/mental health issues if it's not relevant? I've never know anything like it, I'm used to just talking about surface stuff and letting anything more play out naturally over time.

I really don't like it as I was bullied to the point of suicidal feelings in another role and I feel very overwhelmed and under the microscope in this role.

Who is asking and how are they putting pressure on you to answer?

Is this a co-worker, or your supervisor / manager, and have you asked them why they want to know?
