Job at risk

Hi been felt like I’ve been slowly being managed out. Boss today said my role was at risk due to restructuring. Am in the UK. What should I be doing right now in terms of preparation? I thought there should be a consultation first!

Who was present at your at risk meeting? You should receive an at risk letter or email shortly. Then the consultation process follows on from being placed at risk.

Just my manager. I asked about timescales but they didn’t know!

oh just managers bullying behaviour- making me look as bad as possible! Usual stuff

It depends on size of company and number of roles at risk. You should receive the relevant timeframes in writing following the discussion.
