Does anybody have experience of SATs within a manufacturing background? I’m currently leading a project to introduce this in my workplace. We have a mixture of office based & production teams. SME, with a very management heavy history so it’s a big change & I would be very interested in hearing about successes in this area and how you have dealt with any challenges.
