Retraining from teaching at 42!? Help!?

Hello all 👋🏼
Desperate English GCSE college lecturer and mum/ step mum of 5 children…I’ve been looking to move out of teaching and into learning & development or talent acquisition roles, but keeping getting knocked for lack of direct corporate experience. Was also considering project management. I just keep hitting a wall to get anyone to give me a chance.
Any advice, other roles, help, job offers lol 😂
