I am band 6 at local health board and been in post almost 3 years. I am required to travel with work as I cover the county. I have used my own car until now, but its currently at the garage and I've been called to say there's 2k worth of issues to fix between parts amd labour. I spent 1k on it last year and only purchase it 2 years ago for 6k. Anyway, I have decided to sell it as spairs and repairs and am now looking into the all wales lease scheme, as I am tired of spending a fortune on cars for them to break constantly. I work part time and have 2 children under 5. Can anyone shed light on how the scheme works or if you have any person experience? What car did you get and for how much per month? I'm avoiding the salary sacrifice scheme as I don't want an impact on my pension. Thank you
