Been in current role a few years, very easy going non stressful managerial position (came from a very stressful role before but this one is more pay) A big announcement within the company has sent a few waves and people have started to look around. I went for an interview for a long term contract thinking it’d be good for experience and didn’t actually expect to get it, but I have! And it’s a £12k payrise, what would you do?
